If so, the shipping company may contact you once your Items are in customs to let you know the cost. Be aware that this may delay your delivery time as goods held at customs will be your responsibility to pay the necessary charges for local authorities to release the goods. Delivery times are provided as guidelines only and do take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization and/or stock availability.

BELGIUM
All orders in Belgium will be delivered with DHL.

All orders in Europe will be shipped with DHL Express.

REST OF THE WORLD
All orders in the rest of the world will be shipped with DHL Express.

All packages are traceable with tracking information and will be sent as soon as this is available.


BACKLASH Pick-up

If located in the Netherlands, there’s the possibility to pick up your order in store. You can collect your order in a faster and more environmental friendly way. 

How it works
Select Pick up at the check-out. You will receive a notification when your order is ready to be picked up (usually ready within 2-hours during office hours). Please bring your ID and order confirmation.

If you don’t pick up your order within 14 days after purchase, your order will be automatically canceled. If for some reason you are not able to pick up your order within this period, please send us an email.

We are not responsible for any uncollected shipments. Once we got it in return, we'll charge new shipping costs to send the package again.

If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase at backlashclothing.com, you have the possibility of returning the products to us within 14 days of delivery. All items must be unworn in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact. Please send us an email, once we receive the returned item(s), you will receive your refund typically within 14 days. We do not cover the shipment costs or customs charges for returning your order.

If you want to refund your order, please download our return form.

We'll refund in the original payment method you used once it's processed as return in our warehouse.

• This can take up to 14 days from arriving.
• Once it's processed, you'll get an e-mail notification.
• We'll refund the product costs excluding the shipment costs we made to ship your order.

Unfortunately, we do not accept exchanges. If you would like to exchange your order for a different size or a different item, we advise you to return the item(s) you wish to not keep and place a new order with the desired item(s) again. This ensure that the right product is immediately available and shipped to you. For the return, please send us an email and keep in mind the Exchange and Return Terms and Conditions. We are not able to reserve or guarantee stock in advance.
